About Us

Taylor founded Hamilton Advisory in 2025 after serving as a Senior Manager at KraftCPAs in Nashville. With over a decade of professional experience, he works with business owners and individuals on year-round tax planning, business and individual returns, and financial statements. Taylor holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He lives in Franklin with his wife and their two children and enjoys camping and hunting.

Kristy works hand in hand with clients on accounting and tax work, helping them define and reach their financial goals. She completed her undergraduate accounting coursework at Middle Tennessee State University. A Tennessee native, Kristy likes to read, quilt and spoil her grandchildren when she isn't at work.

Maria works with the firm's bookkeeping and tax clients and is studying for the IRS Enrolled Agent exam. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2016 and has worked in tax preparation and accounting. Born and raised in Mexico, Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is married and the proud mom of three children.

Kayce keeps the office organized, schedules client appointments and helps wherever she's needed. She was born and raised in Eagleville and attended Eagleville School from kindergarten through 12th grade. Kayce is married with two daughters and loves spending time with her family.

Mani works with the firm's bookkeeping and individual tax clients. She has worked as a tax preparer and accountant and graduated from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Business Administration. Mani is bilingual in English and Lao.
