Hamilton Advisory, PLLC respects the privacy of the information our clients and website visitors share with us. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information you send through this website. When you use a contact form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Sending documents securely. Contact forms and regular email are not the right place for tax documents, Social Security numbers or account numbers. Clients upload documents through our secure client portal, and we will invite you to it once we begin working together.

How we share information. We do not sell personal information. We share client information only as needed to provide our services (for example, filing returns with tax authorities), with your consent, or when required by law. As licensed CPAs, we follow professional rules on client confidentiality.

Website tools. This website is hosted by GoDaddy, which may use cookies to operate the site and measure traffic. Our contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
